Private Fishing Charters in the Outer Banks

When you book a private charter with us, the boat is yours. No strangers, no compromises on where you fish or how long you stay on a school. We run private trips for groups of any size — up to 6 aboard C-Therapy, or up to 25 aboard the Miss Jill Louise for larger parties.

Both boats leave from OBX Marina in Wanchese — one of the closest access points to the Gulf Stream on the East Coast. That means less time running and more time fishing.

Target Species

The Outer Banks sits where the Gulf Stream pushes close to the Carolina coast, bringing warm blue water and big pelagic species within reach of a day trip. Head offshore and you’re into Yellowfin Tuna, Blue Marlin, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, and King Mackerel. Drop down to the offshore bottom and it’s Sea Bass, Grouper, and Tilefish. Stay inshore and nearshore and you’ll find Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, and mixed bottom species depending on the season.

  • Half day (4 hours): $775 cash

  • 3/4 day (6 hours): $1,300 cash

  • Full day (8 hours): $1,800 cash

  • Full day Gulf Stream: $2,600 cash

Aboard Miss Jill Louise — Up to 25 Anglers

Got more than 6 people? We’ll charter the Miss Jill Louise just for your group. This 50-foot sport fisherman is powered by twin 450-horsepower Cummins diesels and cruises at 20 knots. Because it’s a private trip, the captain fishes for you and only you — trolling, bottom fishing, inshore, offshore. Your call.

This is also the option for family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and any group that wants a private experience on a bigger boat.
